about
NZEB
Energy efficiency (NZEB) refers to reducing the amount of electricity used to produce products and services. In our case, it is the energy used by a building during a year.
Given that temperatures are at opposite extremes in winter and summer, a building that does not meet minimum efficiency rules and is poorly made will adversely affect comfort. Energy-efficient building materials should be used to keep the building warm in summer and cold in winter.
Alongside comfort, energy efficiency ensures a decrease in the cost of using or maintaining the building.
