For the purpose of processing messages, requests and their payment SC KB Proiectare si Consultanta SRL collects the personal data of customers, i.e. name, e-mail address and telephone number, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

We process your name, e-mail address and telephone number for communication with you in order to fulfil contractual obligations and to respond to requests/messages sent via the website.

All these data will be kept for the duration of the financial and fiscal record keeping required by the relevant legislation, but for no more than 5 years.

We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling. We never make automatic decisions about you. We use technical means to store data securely. We do not process data for secondary purposes incompatible with the purposes for which we collected it.

In order to place an order, the customer shall provide the data and information requested in the online form for sending a message, placing an order or by telephone, the refusal to communicate the requested information preventing the seller to register and honor the order placed.

The owner and the operator of this website are not responsible for any errors made by customers in entering this data or for any false data provided by them. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and true data, bearing full responsibility for the incorrectness of the information provided to the seller.

Your rights

• You will withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
• You will object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;
• Personal data were processed unlawfully;
• Personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation that we have under European Union law or Romanian law;

If we disclose your data to courier companies or other partners and you request deletion of your data, we will take all reasonable steps to inform the partners processing the data that you have requested deletion of any links to that data or any copies or reproductions of that personal data.

Data will not be deleted if:

• The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation providing for processing under Union law or Romanian law or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
• For reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
• The processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
• You have the right to obtain restriction of processing if one of the following applies:
• Challenge the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data processed;
• The processing is unlawful and you will object to the deletion of personal data and instead request that their use be restricted;
• We no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but you will ask us for them to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.

If the processing of data has been restricted in the cases mentioned above, such personal data may, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of substantial public interest of the European Union or the Romanian State.

If you have obtained the restriction of the processing of personal data, you will be informed by us before the restriction of processing is lifted.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit this data to another controller, without hindrance from us, directly from us to another controller where technically feasible. Exercising the above right is without prejudice to your right to have your data deleted.

Any customer also has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise all the above mentioned rights, you can always address a written request to our office in Oradea, Calea Clujului, 47. You also have the right to take legal action.

Your data will not be transferred to another country.

By filling in the data in the message submission forms, you, the user/buyer, expressly declare and accept that your personal data will be included in the database of www.kbproiect.ro and you give your express and unequivocal consent to all such personal data being stored, used and processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed or responding to messages and requests sent.

The buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized bodies of the State, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and following expressly formulated requests.

You have the right to access, intervene, rectify and carry on the data you provide us, to limit the processing we carry out and even to request the deletion of the data. Please note that interfering with the data you have provided to us may prevent the performance of the contract concluded between you and us. In that case, we will be exonerated from liability. If you are dissatisfied, you have the possibility to address and lodge a complaint against us with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing and with the competent courts.
